Alongside her performance career, Scarlet is increasingly in demand as an arranger and conductor, working at the intersection of contemporary artists and orchestral collaboration.

She has collaborated extensively with the BBC Concert Orchestra on BBC Radio 2 Piano Room sessions, arranging and conducting for Myles Smith, Mabel, Perrie, and Tori Amos.

For the BBC Proms, she arranged three songs for Everybody Dance! The Sound of Disco (2024), and returned in 2025 to write four arrangements for the Soul Revolution prom.

In October 2025, Scarlet was invited back by her alma mater to conduct the Guildhall Studio Orchestra in a performance of Hayden Thorpe’s Ness at the Barbican Centre.
